Get a secure password reset link

Contact your system administrator or IT help desk. They can verify your identity and generate a single-use reset link.

  1. Contact your administrator (phone, chat, or in person) and confirm your identity.
  2. They open Users → Reset Link and share the generated link with you securely.
  3. Open the link, choose a new password, then sign in. Each link works once and expires in 60 minutes.
If you are an administrator, you can generate reset links from the Users screen.
